I’ve always been a fan of fragrance, but when I started interning at the niche fragrance site TheWhaleandTheRose.com a few years back, my obsession exploded.
I’m a bookworm throughout the entire year, but especially in the summer. Maybe it’s something to do with all of the quick beach reads coming out, or maybe that it’s just that I spend more time wanting to read outside instead of hibernating indoors with Netflix, but I devour books in the summer.
I’m a creature of habit. I don’t handle change well and, when I do, it either has to be a slow process or with a rip-the-bandaid-off ferocity depending on the situation.
As a freelancer, I have the ability to work pretty much everywhere. Any time I want a change of scenery, I just pick up my laptop and relocate, whether that’s my couch (where I’m writing this exact post from) back patio, the library or my local Starbucks (which always feels like such a throwback homage to my university days).
